No you don’t need an account to place an order. We are happy to take the order over the phone or sent via email. We can take the payment over the phone via credit card or we can send you a PayPal payment request.
We offer free carriage on all UK overs £125 net. Unfortunately we cant offer this on International orders. Orders going to both Southern & Northern Ireland will incur a shipping charge of £16
We ship via ParcelForce for parcels over 2kg in weight. Smaller items that fit into a jiffy bag are sent via Royal Mail postal service.
We offer next day delivery on UK orders that are placed before 1 o clock. Overseas orders vary depending on the destination. Please email us for more information
We will refund any items that were ordered in error if they are returned to us. These must be in the condition that they were when you received them so that we can re-sell them. We can arrange the collection of items that were sent to you error for exchange or refund.
