Our website doesn't automatically process the orders. Our orders will be processed by our sales team and we will notify you of any out of stock items via telephone or email. We will offer you substitute items for out of stock items or offer you a refund. Orders must be paid for in full for non account customers before the goods will be dispatched. We offer free next day UK delivery for orders over £125 net that are placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders less than £125 will incur a £9 delivery charge. Smaller items that can be fitted into a jiffy bag will be sent via 1st class post and the cost will be added to your order.
